| I wish I weren't so depressed all the time. Frankly, my life is amazing. I have a husband who loves me and shows it most of the time, a beautiful daughter who loves me all of the time, and I graduate in a little over three weeks. But I just can't seem to pull myself out of this self pitying funk. ::Sigh:: | | |
| hey everyone. I am still tired! But fulfilled. Having a baby is the most blessed experience I have been through, but also the hardest! But I love my daughter more than life itself, if that is possible. I am thankful that I decided to take a semester off though. I don't think I could handle classes with a newborn child. Especially because Katie tends to get fussy during the day and stays up all night sometimes. But life is GOOD! | | |
| Hey, y'all! I am so tired!!!!!!!!!!! But I am so peaceful and happy. Katie is so perfect and wonderful. She has a website...www.babiesonline.com/babies/k/katiebelle. I've already got a ton of pictures on there. Also, she had a checkup today. She gained 11 ounces in a week! I guess I shouldn't be so concerned that I am breastfeeding correctly or that she is getting enough to eat. I can't wait until you are all back at school so you can meet her in person! All is going well, although I am in some moderate pain (back and joints) and I feel like my stomach is going to pop! Just a few more days and I will get my body back, mostly. I have decided not to take classes this semester, but I will definitely be on campus to see all my friends, so anyone who wants to have lunch with me and Katie, just give me a call or send me an e-mail and we can do lunch! I miss you all so much and I can't wait until everyone is back to Lee so I am not so lonely when Aaron is at work. Although, I guess this loneliness will go away when Katie gets here because I will probably be too tired and too busy to be lonely!  | | |
| Well, the dates have changed and it will be August 4th that my lovely daughter will be born. I am sad that we have to wait a little bit longer, but if it means she comes out even healthier, than I can't complain. Anyone who wants to meet her can come see me in the hospital at Parkridge East on the 5th, 6th, or 7th, or you can come over to my house to meet her! Just give me a call! Soon after the semester starts and I have recovered from the c-section, I want to do a dinner/meet Katie night so all of you need to let me know a good night. All I have to do at night is be a Mama!
